Vijaya will present his experiences of being in Rishikesh India, the birthplace of Ayurveda and Yoga, and receiving traditional Ayurvedic Pancha Karma treatments. Pancha Karma is the ancient detoxification and rejuvenation program of Ayurveda.

The event will be held at the Pacific Coast Church in Pacific Grove at 7:00 PM.
