Announcing the SPRING 2009 PANCH KARMA RETREAT to be held in the OUTER BANKS OF NORTH CAROLINA (DUCK).

You are requested to arrive on FRIDAY, MARCH 20 for Orientation and Dinner at 6:00 pm that evening. Each day from MARCH 21-27 (7 days), you will receive a hot OIL MASSAGE followed by a hot LAVENDER TOWEL rubdown with HERBAL POWDER POULTICE..  We will begin each morning and end up in the evening with several gentle yoga postures and meditation to quite the mind and central nervous system. The rest of the day you are free to read, relax, go for walks or do yoga and meditation. An AYURVEDIC cleansing vegetarian diet will be provided for all of your meals. You are encouraged to depart on SATURDAY, MARCH 28 instead of leaving Friday after your last treatment.

The cost for the PANCH KARMA RETREAT including room and meals will be $1095 or $250 per day for those who cannot stay the entire week. A DEPOSIT OF $250 IS REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR PLACE. We are limited to ONLY FOUR PEOPLE.

Special on Ayurvedic Massage and Pancha Karma Session in Norfolk at The Space Above

The normal $80 Ayurvedic massage, herbal steam and lavender hot towel rubdown will be $50 from February – April. For initial consultation I am offering $25 if getting a massage. If no massage is desired, the cost is $60 for their first two consultation sessions. A 3-day Pancha Karma (PK) is $195 instead of the normal $255, a 5-day PK is $300 instead of $425, and a 7-day is only $420 instead of $595.
