Special on Ayurvedic Massage and Pancha Karma Session in Norfolk at The Space Above

The normal $80 Ayurvedic massage, herbal steam and lavender hot towel rubdown will be $50 from February – April. For initial consultation I am offering $25 if getting a massage. If no massage is desired, the cost is $60 for their first two consultation sessions. A 3-day Pancha Karma (PK) is $195 instead of the normal $255, a 5-day PK is $300 instead of $425, and a 7-day is only $420 instead of $595.

Come and experience the grace and rhythm of a synchronized, tandem massage. This ancient Ayurvedic method balances the right and left currents (nadis) of pranic energy running throughout the body/mind. The female practitioner massages the masculine side and the male practitioner does the female side of the body. Each participant will receive a warm oil tandem massage (Tibetan Ayurvedic style abhyanga) and hot lavender towel rubdown. You finish the treatment with a steamy shower.
